Do unused credits roll over?⌄
Yes. Basic rolls over up to 25 unused credits, Premium up to 100. They expire after 60 days so you don't lose everything from a slow month, but they don't stack forever.
What counts as one generation?⌄
Each time you hit Generate is one credit — regardless of how many ideas or titles you ask for. Generating 50 ideas costs the same 1 credit as generating 1. The quantity you can choose depends on your plan tier, not your credit balance.
Can I use Orion for multiple channels?⌄
Yes — no limit on niches or channels. Your credits are shared across everything you generate in your account. Premium users managing multiple channels get the best value from the 200 credit limit.
Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes, cancel anytime with no fees or lock-in. Your plan runs until the end of the billing period, then drops to Free. You keep everything you've already downloaded.
Why does Thumbnail AI cost 2 credits?⌄
Thumbnail analysis uses Claude's vision model which costs more to run than text generation. The 2-credit cost reflects the actual API difference — we're passing it through honestly, not marking it up.
What payment methods do you accept?⌄
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
